A beautiful hand?carved jadeite pendant from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! This artistic?piece is particularly large in size and is comprised of?a vivid green jadeite?stone that hangs from a 14kt gold?split bail. The translucent green jade has the carved image of a leaping horse in the center, surrounded by a decorative swirled design that reflects the pendant's Chinese origin. There are three near colorless round brilliant?diamonds set within the bail, adding a lovely?sparkle to the piece. Accompanying the pendant is a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Gemological Jade Report issued in March 2015, which indicates the jadeite treatment as dyed and polymer impregnated. The pendant has a wonderful and unusual design and would make a perfect everyday addition to any collection!
